What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
We are constantly working with our artisans to provide the highest quality product. However, if you do have a damaged item, please indicate the reason for the return so we can share this information with our producer partners. Just include the original receipt or packing slip with the reason for return and mail back the product. We ask this so we can relay the problem to our artisans, as well as recycle the item. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! Most of our international shipments ship via Canada Post Expedited Tracked Mail, which is usually the most cost-effective method. DHL and UPS can also be used upon request.
What types of payments do you accept?

Do you have a catalog?
All available products are displayed on our website. We also have line sheets that can be included with your order or mailed to you upon request. To request line sheets, please email email@example.com with your name and address.
What is your minimum order?
The minimum order is $300.00 of any combination of Lotusland Imports products.
How long until I can expect my order to be received?
Normally between 2-6 weeks depending on items in stock. In-stock items are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt. A tracking email will be sent upon fulfillment. Expedited shipping can be arranged at your request. Orders placed at tradeshows may be held due to receipt of our stock from our artisan partners. Any further expected ship dates will be clear at time of placing order.
